The old zones like 6A, res 5 are all gone. A lot of home owners in Auckland will find themselves in one of two zones, “mixed suburban” and “mixed urban”. Plots of land where rules allow only one home are now rare. In the future Mixed housing suburban is where you will find – 2 level terraces or 2 level townhouses will go, still residential in nature
