After 2008 we felt the affects of Global Financial Crisis. Since 2012 we have seen unemployment track downwards. This seems nice but even nicer when you compare it to where we sit against the other countries in the OECD. >>next graph>>

Wow how quickly the tables can turn, it does feel like there is a change in gear across NZ in terms of the housing market.
