- Affordable purchase price – a lower point of entry can mean an investment is possible
- Lower cost for renovations and shared costs through body corp can mean less suprises
- A better cashflow yield with a do up and rent situation
- Could have potential for growth in rents – through the better aspects on the horizon, opening of borders
- Could have potential for better capital gain, as infrastructure and lockdowns has had a suppressing impact, this did not go through the same upturn as the general housing market
