The old Auckland center up faster than most 2.4% growth in values over six months. This includes Onehunga, Royal Oak, Greenlane and Ellerslie. Positive signs despite the drag from the apartment market in the central city.

Papakura district showing good signs for property owners at 1.7% growth since the lull of the first Covid lock down. North Shore down the other end of the spectrum with prices showing signs of flat or a decrease.
